Our client is a owner-managed, profitable company without investors behind it. Since its founding in 2011, the group has grown continuously: with strong brands, new companies, and increasing internationalization. Today, around 40 developers in six teams are working to further develop the digital world behind it.

Tasks

Four paths, one goal: building really good tech products

🖥️ Frontend

Do you love it when code becomes a really good digital experience? Then a modern stack of Vue 3, Nuxt 3, and TypeScript awaits you, complemented by Pinia, Vite, Vitest, and Playwright.

🔧 Backend

Do you feel more at home where data, services, and business logic come together? In the backend, you will work with, among others, PHP 8, Symfony, Doctrine, Go, and TypeScript as well as RabbitMQ and Redis.

🚀 Fullstack

You don't want to choose between frontend and backend? As a Fullstack Developer, you will work with TypeScript, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, Vue 3, and Nuxt and can accompany features from idea to finished product.

☁️ DevOps

Do you think in terms of platforms, automation, and scalability? Then you are in the right place in the DevOps team. Here, everything revolves around Kubernetes on AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Datadog, and Infrastructure as Code.

Qualification

You don't have to be able to do everything, but you should be passionate about your discipline. Genuine tech experts with at least two years of relevant professional experience are sought. You should also speak German at least at B2 level.

Even more important: curiosity and a desire for new technologies. Our client works AI-first and gives its employees access to current AI tools such as Claude, AWS Bedrock, Langfuse, and the Vercel AI SDK. AI is not a buzzword for the job advertisement here, but part of daily work.

And then there's the attitude: together rather than against each other, courageous rather than waiting, clear rather than political, and ambitious rather than "good enough".
