We are looking for a Tech Support Applicatif with Java skills, Mysql knowledge, and experience in software editing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in the same field. He/She must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The main responsibilities of this position are: - To provide technical support to customers using our software solution; - To analyze and resolve technical problems related to our software; - To participate in the development of new features and improvements; - To collaborate with other teams (development, sales, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of our software. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: - Java programming language; - Mysql database management system; - Software editing experience; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Good communication skills.
