About the Role A leading recruitment business in Central London is expanding its high-performing Tech division and is seeking ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to join the team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and post-placement support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service delivery and driving repeat business. Utilise market knowledge and industry expertise to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices, ideas, and insights, contributing to the growth and success of the Tech division. Requirements Proven track record in recruitment consulting, preferably within the tech sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
