We started our journey by applying AI to create personalized legal defenses at scale, allowing large companies to reduce lawyer costs and increase their success rates. Our clients include Nubank, Banco BMG, iFood, SulAmérica, Light, Banco Inter, Banco C6, among others. We are looking for a person Tech Recruiter Specialist to elevate the level of our technical recruitment practices and contribute directly to building our high-performance teams. Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end selective processes with focus on technical positions (engineering, product, and data).
• Mapped, built, and analyzed data about recruitment processes identifying opportunities and directing decisions based on metrics.
• Present insights and recruitment reports directly to the CTO, founders, and leadership, transforming data into practical recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, expanding and diversifying talent acquisition channels.
• Continuously improve selective processes, from interview scripts and technical evaluation to candidate experience and employer branding.
• SUPPORT leaders in mapping the needs of each team and anticipating future hiring demands.
• SUPPORT and co-develop initiatives for People, such as onboarding, culture, performance, remuneration, internal communication, and corporate events.
• Ensure a fluid and positive experience for the candidate, from the first contact to onboarding.

• Solid experience in technical recruitment (engineering, product, and data).
• Experience in attraction talent strategy and market mapping.
• Familiarity with analysis of recruitment metrics and executive report.
• Experience in stakeholder management with technical and executive areas.
• Desejável knowledge in data tools and automation of recruitment processes.

Differentials:

• Experience in startups or scale-ups technology.
• Prior experience in data-driven recruiting.
• Knowledge in employer branding focused on the tech public.
• Familiarity with OKRs and People Analytics metrics.
