As a Tech Recruiter, you'll oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to final selection, while providing a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Source Talent: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to find qualified candidates that meet our company’s needs. This includes identifying top talent through various channels, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job search platforms. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers by providing regular updates on the status of their applications and ensuring a smooth interview process. Conduct Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for our company’s culture. Make Recommendations: Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on your findings, ensuring that the best candidate is selected for each role. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
