As a Tech Recruiter (all genders), you will take end-to-end responsibility for our Product and Engineering roles – from Software Engineering to Engineering Management, Data and Platform, and Product Management. You will not only bring your experience in Tech Recruiting but also your technical understanding to our talent team and help us grow as a team in this area. We already have a standardized hiring process, and you will actively shape it further with your Tech Recruiting know-how.

You will be supported by a modern, AI-powered setup with Ashby as ATS, Metaview as AI Notetaker, and Claude, Notion, and Gemini. The technology does not take over the recruiting for you; it gives you more space for what really matters: understanding and winning over the right tech talents and creating the best matches together.

What to expect

• End-to-end Recruiting: You will take responsibility for the entire recruiting process of our Product and Engineering roles, from the hiring kick-off and talent mapping to the contract signing

• Sparring Partner: You will be a trusted partner for our Engineering and Product Hiring Managers, challenging them and actively contributing your tech market know-how to decision-making

• Pipeline Building: You will proactively approach tech talents through various channels and build sustainable talent pools through active sourcing and employer branding initiatives

• Data & Analytics: You will build your pipeline based on sound data and actively use it in advising Hiring Managers

• Team Impact: You will contribute your Tech Recruiting know-how to the team, share your knowledge of role profiles and market conditions, and help us continuously sharpen our understanding of tech hiring

Inspire us by

• Background: Completed degree and 3-5 years of experience in Tech Recruiting (e.g., SWE, Data, Platform, Product) in a dynamic environment

• Expertise: Very good technical knowledge in in-house Tech Recruiting, experience in hiring entry-level to senior positions across various technical disciplines

• Stakeholder Management: Experience in collaborating with Engineering and Product executives and developing long-term talent strategies through talent pools, employer branding activities, and innovative talent acquisition approaches

• Data-driven: Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-based decisions

• Tech Affinity: Proficient use of modern ATS (ideally Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter, genuine interest in tech topics, and a desire to actively utilize recruiting technologies

• Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
