Tech Product & Offering Dev Sr Manager

As the Technology Lead for Industry X, you will define and execute the technology strategy to transform Industry X managed services operations. This includes building and enabling AI-driven agentic operations across Industry X offering portfolio—spanning Infrastructure & Capital projects, Product Design, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Aftersales Services and Plant Asset operations & Maintenance. You will combine your hands on experience in your industry and domain with the strategic vision to drive business outcomes through technology innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of the Industry X managed services operations, as well as the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas: Technology Strategy Development, AI-driven Operations, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, IT Service Management, Agile Methodologies, DevOps, and Digital Transformation. You will also have experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business, and Operations, to drive business outcomes through technology innovation. This role is a critical component of the Industry X managed services operations team and requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate others to achieve outstanding results.
