Tech Product Manager:in (AI-Chatbot)

Youna is a KI-Chatbot that supports people low-threshold in racism experiences – secure, empathetic, and with a focus on an equal world. Our Multi-Agent System accompanies users reliably in legal questions, information, mental support, and orientation.

As Tech Product Manager:in, you are responsible for the further development of our KI-Chatbot and the expansion of the Multi-Agent System – including active participation in development, especially in Langfuse. You connect user needs with technical excellence, prioritize effectively, and ensure that we learn quickly, scale safely, and generate measurable benefits.

Product

• KI-Product development: Further development of LLM/RAG and Multi-Agent flows (orchestration, tooling, guardrails, evaluation)
• Compliance & Security: DSGVO/EU-AI-Act compliance, privacy-by-design, safety policies & evaluation establish
• Product strategy & roadmap: Product vision sharpen, goals define, priorities set, backlog maintain
• Discovery & UX: Research, hypotheses, prototyping, A/B experiments, validation

Tech (Hands-on)

• Langfuse-Ownership:
  – Datasets, scores & evaluations set up
  – Dashboards & alerting for quality, safety & performance
• Delivery: incremental improvements
• Data & quality: Knowledge/Vector Stores enrich, monitoring & feedback loops, hallucination/bias reduction
• Measurability: Metrics define (e.g. task success, latency, safety trigger) and make available in dashboards/experiment analysis

Qualifikation

Must-haves

• Mind. 3 years of product management in the tech field (AI/ML products advantageous).
• Sovereign prioritization & roadmapping
• Praxis in discovery (interviews, problem/solution fit)
• Solid understanding of modern KI stacks (LLMs, prompt design, RAGs, Multi-Agenten, Vector-DBs)
• Experience in development with Langfuse

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Multi-Agent orchestration
• Knowledge in guardrails/safety, retrieval quality
• Experiences with frontend further development
• Conversational UX
• Voice/Multimodality, Accessibility
