Your Challenges:

We are looking for a Data Sustenance Technical Lead to work on the stability, sustenance, and continuous evolution of the corporate data platform, technically leading a specialized team and ensuring the availability, performance, reliability, and governance of data pipelines, services, and products in a cloud environment.

The position requires strong technical knowledge in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Microsoft Azure, as well as experience in critical environments, incident management, and technical leadership.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Solid experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark and/or Scala), and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD for data environments.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience with pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Data Lake and Lakehouse environments.
• Experience with version control and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in technical leadership or management of data sustenance, engineering, or operations teams.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in critical environments.

Differentiators:

• Microsoft Azure and Databricks certifications.
• Experience with Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Data Observability.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
• Experience in financial institutions, insurance companies, or highly regulated businesses.
• Experience with agile management and Jira backlog tools.
