Tech Lead Solution Architect Java | Kafka | AWS

Currently, for our client, we are looking for a person for the position of: Tech Lead / Solution Architect (Java | Kafka | AWS) Scope of responsibilities: Designing and developing Java-based solutions and microservice architecture. Making architectural decisions and acting as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect for the project team. Designing and developing distributed systems using Apache Kafka and asynchronous architecture. Designing and developing modern APIs and integrations between banking systems and mobile applications. Collaborating with backend, mobile, DevOps, and business teams in an end-to-end model. Participating in the design and implementation of solutions in the AWS environment. Developing CI/CD processes, automated tests, and production environment monitoring. Responsibility for the technical quality of the solution, production environment stability, and system architecture development. Supporting the development team through code reviews, mentoring, and setting technical standards. We expect: Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in Java programming. Very good knowledge of microservice architecture and distributed systems. Practical experience with Apache Kafka and asynchronous architecture design. Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect. Very good knowledge of API design and system integrations. Practical experience with the AWS platform. Knowledge of CI/CD processes, automated tests, and production environment monitoring (Observability). Good knowledge of native iOS mobile application development and backend-mobile integration. Experience gained in the banking sector, fintech, or other regulated environments. Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1).
