Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Architect (m/w/d)

We are building the technological infrastructure for CO2 premiums in electromobility. We are growing rapidly and driving the transportation transition with high implementation speed and clear product focus forward.

Our customers are E vehicle owners in B2C as well as charging point operators and other market participants in B2B. Our platform processes large data volumes, controls regulatory processes, and orchestrates relevant financial flows around CO2 certificates. Fully digital.

Technology is not a support area for us, but value creation. Architecture, performance, and product quality directly decide on growth and market position.

Tasks

• Taking technical overall responsibility for the redevelopment of our THG platform
• Making architectural decisions and defining a technical roadmap
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring quality standards
• Mentoring and leading the development team
• Closely collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure technical feasibility
• Evaluating and integrating AI coding agents for productivity enhancement
• Identifying and systematically eliminating technical debt

Qualification

• 8+ years of experience in software development with modern web technologies
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and serverless design
• Experience in technical team leadership and architectural decisions
• Nice-to-have: Experience with AI-supported development and coding agents
• Nice-to-have: FinTech or startup experience
