Tech Lead SAP IS-U CCS - Hybrid SP or ES

What are we looking for? We are seeking a Tech Lead specialist in SAP IS-U CCS Billing to support, evolve and optimize applications related to billing, tariffing and revenue collection in energy distributors of one of our largest clients! The role is strategic to ensure precise billing, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance (ANEEL) and integration with other systems in the ecosystem (Reading, Measurement, WM, DM and CRM). Main responsibilities: • Act as a functional reference point for all SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications; • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications; • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize improvements and bug fixes for SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications; • Ensure that all SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications are properly configured, tested and deployed; • Provide technical support to end-users of SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications; • Participate in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities for SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications; • Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration with other systems and processes. Atribuições secundárias: • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed; • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications; • Collaborate with the business team to identify and prioritize new features and functionalities for SAP IS-U CCS Billing applications. Requisitos: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; • At least 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar role; • Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U CCS Billing and its integration with other systems; • Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
