Tech Lead Python/React

Join Weezevent to evolve Gigz, our CRM & marketing platform used by 450,000 clients and event organizers across Europe.

You will work on a product used in international festivals (Hellfest, Boomtown, Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, Boom), major sporting events (Formula 1, Olympic Games, Euro Fan zone), and high-volume live experiences. Your work has a direct impact on the marketing strategy and revenue of thousands of organizers.

In order to advance the team and bring technical depth, we are looking for a Fullstack Squad Lead (M/F, located in Rennes).

Job

To best support your team of 4 developers (2 Fullstack, 1 Back-end, 1 Front-end), you will:

• Define the technical solution in line with the architecture and ensure its alignment with business needs, with autonomy up to the choice of Python/React libraries

• Collaborate with the CRM Product Owner to prioritize sprints and deliver major product evolutions each quarter

• Develop and maintain critical components of the stack, with a focus on scalability

• Establish best development practices, in line with Gigz by Weezevent standards, and drive continuous improvement through bi-weekly code reviews

• Support the team on a daily basis: coaching, pair programming, and organizing technical skill-building sessions

• Conduct active technological watch and propose ecosystem evolution axes each semester

Profile sought

Prerequisites

• We are looking for a solid profile in Python/React architecture. The ability to intervene across the entire stack and to take a step back on technical choices

• The desire to evolve a technical team of 4 people and directly impact the product

It's a plus

• Good Docker and CI/CD foundations

• Mastery of PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of Node.js or Elasticsearch
