We are looking for a Tech Lead .NET who will lead our development team in building innovative solutions using .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams, designing and developing software applications, and working with agile methodologies. Responsibilities: • Lead the development team in building innovative solutions using .NET technologies; • Design and develop software applications that meet business requirements; • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery; • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize project requirements; • Develop and maintain technical documentation; • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in leading development teams; • Strong knowledge of .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET; • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
