As part of a permanent contract (CDI) recruitment, you will join the Sopra Steria Financial Services teams in Lille and work on structuring projects for banking and financial clients.

As a Tech Lead .NET / C#, you play a central role in projects: technical management, development coordination, quality assurance, and team support, while remaining involved in technical decisions.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Tech Lead .NET / C#, you are the technical referent for the project and are involved in high-value-added missions:

• Coordination of development activities within the project
• Guarantee of solution design and challenging of technical choices
• Guarantee of code quality and adherence to good development practices
• Support for the team in its skill development
• Validation of technical solution estimates, in line with the client's strategy
• Contribution to technological watch, innovation, and technical excellence efforts
• Contribution of your expertise during pre-sales phases and commercial actions, in support of business development

• Dev & Quality: Git, CI/CD (depending on project context)

• You have at least 7 years of experience in application development and have previously worked in a technical referent or Tech Lead role.
• You have mastered C#, .NET 6+ and Angular technologies, as well as good development and software design practices.
• You are comfortable with technical team support, code reviews, sharing best practices, and resolving complex issues.
• You are at ease in Agile environments and ideally have experience with Cloud architectures and industrialization processes.
• Recognized for your analytical skills, leadership, and team spirit, you are proactive and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of projects.
• You have a professional level of English that allows you to communicate in an international context.
