Tech-Lead (m/w/d) | KI & Softwareentwicklung

At Agency Philipp, we don't develop slides; we build real AI solutions: Voice Agents, Computer-Vision-Systems, RAG-Pipelines, and process automations that are productively in use at our customers. Now we're looking for someone who will take our tech team to the next level.

Tasks

Your Role

You'll take over technical leadership of our development team and be just as deep in code yourself. You'll set technical standards, review architectures, coach your team - and get involved in complex projects yourself. Not a pure manager. Not a pure coder. Both.

• Technical responsibility for all ongoing customer projects (Voice Agents, CV-Systems, RAG/LLM-Pipelines, Automations)
• Leadership and further development of the development team
• Code Reviews, architecture decisions, quality assurance
• Closely working with project leadership and management
• Building scalable development processes (CI/CD, MLOps, Deployment)
• Co-shaping the technical product portfolio

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in software development, at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Very good Python knowledge, experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG-Systems or Computer Vision
• Hands-on mentality: You lead, but you're not a pure administrator
• Communication strength in German (C1+), ideally also in English
• Location Dingolfing or surroundings (on-site presence expected)
