Tech Lead Machine Learning/Data Engineer

Important Information Location: Brazil Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Responsibilities and Duties Work with a high skilled team to leverage complex and high quality machine learning and statistical models; Implement model to service integration via DAG creations and ETL processes; Evaluate model performance under real data testing results and remodelate accordingly; Build scalable models and DAGs to enable new workflows creations in a high-usage, high-demand environment; Work with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production; Research and implement novel machine learning and data engineering methods; Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or data engineering; Strong experience in Python; Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch); Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure); Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop); Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing; Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Experience with Agile methodologies; Experience with leading technical teams; Nice to have: Experience in the FinTech industry; Experience with time series analysis; Experience with model deployment and monitoring.
