Within the Financial Services vertical in Lyon, we are supporting the digital transformation of the largest French banks.

We are particularly involved in "from scratch" development and application redesign projects.

Currently, we are recruiting a Java Tech Lead (minimum 5 years of experience) for projects of this scale, which will be launched soon with teams of approximately 10 people.

The selected candidate for this position has the opportunity to have a 360-degree vision of the project and to be involved in its various stages (scoping and development in particular). They also have the advantage of working in a modern technological environment: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Docker, Git, etc.).

Your role and responsibilities:

In compliance with the Agile methodology implemented on the project, you will carry out the following tasks (not exhaustive):

• You will participate in the validation of User Stories, their estimation, and the technical design of the implementation;
• You will develop and test in compliance with project development practices;
• You will deliver with the expected level of quality and within a Software Craftsmanship approach;
• You will leverage your experience to help and advance the development team;
• You will be proactive in enabling us to engage in a continuous improvement process.

Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Kafka among others.

Your profile:

You hold an Engineering degree and/or a Master's degree and/or an equivalent degree with an IT specialization;

You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in Java development, ideally in an IT consulting firm (ESN).
