Your missions

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to join a strategic project within a major international player in the financial sector.

You will join a team working on an application scope of about ten Front Office solutions, at the heart of market activities: decision support, pricing, portfolio valuation, and risk management.

This is a particularly stimulating environment for a profile that enjoys understanding complex issues, designing solutions, and having a real impact on technical choices.

Your mission

As a Tech Lead, you will be the technical referent for the scope and will play a central role in the evolution of the applications.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

-Lead architectural choices and technical directions;

-Design robust, performant, and scalable solutions;

-Challenge the existing and identify modernization paths;

-Solve complex technical problems;

-Support developers and upskill the team;

-Ensure the consistency and technical quality of the scope;

-Contribute directly to development: we are looking for someone who enjoys designing, deciding, and coding.

Profile sought

We are primarily looking for a person passionate about tech, curious, and pragmatic.

You are likely the right person if you:

-Have solid experience in OO development;

-Are passionate about software architecture;
