Tech Lead (Java & AI Engineering) @ Inteca

We are looking for someone who: Has at least 6 years of experience in building complex IT systems. Can independently design an end-to-end solution and oversee its implementation through automated processes. Thinks in terms of processes and can translate best engineering practices into repeatable, automated workflows. Has a deep understanding of technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Angular), which allows for effective verification and debugging of code generated by AI. Continues to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Is able to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. Can design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures. Has experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS) and containerization (Docker). Is familiar with Agile methodologies and has experience working in a team environment. Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Is able to work independently and as part of a team. Has a strong sense of responsibility and is committed to delivering high-quality results. Can adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. Is willing to learn new technologies and tools. Has a strong understanding of software development life cycles and can design and implement efficient testing strategies.
