About the Role Lead technology initiatives for our Gold Loans product line. Drive end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, lending systems, and customer journeys. Sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. Combine technical acumen with program management expertise in BFSI Key Responsibilities Own planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across the Gold Loans product lifecycle Manage loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and credit risk assessment models for gold loans Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and operations Ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities into existing platforms Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement predictive analytics models for gold lending Identify and prioritize technical debt and optimize system performance Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Gold Loans product line
