Tech Lead Full Stack

Job Description We are a young, agile technology team distributed across Poland and Spain, working on a greenfield project with the potential to revolutionize how the Structured Credit business operates in one of the biggest Bank. As a Tech Lead Full Stack, you will lead a squad as its Technical Leader, taking ownership of team guidance, software architecture, and high-quality deliveries. This is a leadership role embedded in a hands-on, agile engineering environment. We need someone like you who is passionate about technology, has a strong sense of ownership, and is willing to take calculated risks to drive innovation. You will be responsible for: • Leading a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products; • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements; • Designing and implementing software architecture that meets business needs; • Mentoring and guiding team members to improve their skills and knowledge; • Ensuring the team follows best practices and adheres to coding standards; • Participating in code reviews and ensuring the quality of the code; • Identifying and mitigating technical risks; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies; • Communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders; • Participating in the development of the technology strategy and roadmap; • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration; • Ensuring the team is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. What we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role; • Strong technical skills in full-stack development (front-end and back-end); • Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum framework; • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically; • Experience with cloud-based technologies and containerization (e.g., Docker); • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab); • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git); • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take calculated risks; • Passion for innovation and driving change.
