Aufgaben

What to expect from us

• You will take on the technical leadership and coordination of a team of 3–6 developers and be responsible for delivering from requirements analysis to go-live.
• You will make central technical decisions, set up the architecture, and ensure quality through code and architecture reviews.
• You will work hands-on in Java-Backend (Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Maven, AWS Lambda) and in a microservice-based architecture, including familiarization and maintenance of legacy code.
• You will drive the modernization of our test strategy forward and anchor quality and security gates in the CI/CD pipeline (DevOps / DevOps Security).
• You will steer adjacent .NET- and frontend work on our existing stack (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React) as well as the relevant specialists without developing in each stack yourself.
• You will work agilely (Scrum/Kanban), moderate the relevant formats, and keep deadlines, budget, and resources in mind.
• You will recognize risks early, resolve blockers, and communicate transparently to the team and customer.
• You will share your knowledge actively within the team and bring learnings from the project into play.

Qualifikation

Who fits in well with us

More important than formal degrees are our attitude, motivation, and demonstrated skills.

• You have a completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or a completed training program with relevant professional experience.
• You can solve complex development tasks independently and securely and ideally have already led a smaller team or taken technical responsibility for a project.
• You are proficient in Java-Backend (Spring Boot, Microservices) hands-on and work safely with Git, containerization, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• You know DevOps/CI/CD practices including security aspects and have experience modernizing test strategies.
• You bring the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, tech stacks, and industries.
• You develop yourself and your skills further, expand your technology stack, and stay up-to-date on emerging KI-tools and capabilities.
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and communicatively strong and take responsibility – for your own topics just as much as for the technical leadership of smaller teams.
• You bring fluent German knowledge (at least C1) and very good English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET and/or modern frontend stacks (React, Next.js, TypeScript) for steering adjacent work.
• true experience in the AI-Knowledge area (e.g., LLM-/RAG-Integration into existing systems, MCP).
• UI/UX experience.
• in-depth DevOps-Security and operating system knowledge.
