You will join the Niort agency, established for 20 years, which is human-sized and renovated in 2024. You will join teams working on various functional areas such as insurance and social protection, as well as services.

You will be coached by a technical referent/architect to accelerate the development of your technical and methodological skills.
The functional referents for the project will support you in understanding the business challenges of this strategic project.

Your Role and Missions:

You will be trained in our quality processes and methods. You will have access to Communities, all types of certifications, and our training platforms (e-learning, in-person).

As part of your role as a Full Stack C# Tech Lead, here are the tasks that will be entrusted to you:

• Participate in architectural discussions and technical choices
• Participate in the technical design of the project
• Carry out the development of the project
• Perform technical and functional tests

You may be involved in innovative projects such as Artificial Intelligence.

Your Profile:

With a Bac + 5 level of education (Engineering school or University or equivalent training), you have a minimum of 5 years of technical experience (excluding internships) in front-end and back-end design and programming, and you demonstrate excellent aptitude for agile teamwork.
