Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and maintenance of our conversational AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing platforms. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms. * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and conversational AI, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement. * Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. * Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other technical leads. * Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities. * Participate in the design and development of new features and products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. * Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market developments. * Participate in the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our competitors and the competitive landscape, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market developments. * Participate in the development of sales materials, including product demos and sales sheets. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our partners and the partner ecosystem, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market developments. * Participate in the development of partner materials, including training programs and sales enablement materials. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market developments. * Participate in the development of customer-facing materials, including product documentation and customer success stories. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our internal processes and systems, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market developments. * Participate in the development of internal materials, including training programs and process documentation.
