About the role We are looking for a Tech Lead Backend (Java) who will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, testing and maintaining complex backend systems using Java. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
