Tech Lead - AI Solutions

We are building AI-automations for E-Commerce brands. Not as a Proof of Concept, but as systems that run in everyday life and make money. The customer list is growing, the projects are getting bigger – now we need a strong developer who can drive the technical implementation and deliver customer projects independently.

I am Leon, founder of Strictly Boring, and come from three years of AI & Automation at SNOCKS. I am deeply involved in the topic – and I am looking for someone who is just as excited about Tech as I am. Someone who gets into building AI systems and automations.

What you do here

• Own projects from A to Z: You understand what the customer needs, decide how the solution looks, and build it – from architecture to go-live.
• Build systems that hold: No quick hacks, but clean architecture. Our customers rely on what we deliver.
• Productively use AI tools: Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor, Copilot – you use what makes you faster, and don't let hype blind you.
• Keep the tech stack in check: GCP, Supabase, Firebase, Google Workspace APIs, Shopify, Klaviyo – our stack is broad. You don't have to know everything, but you should be able to quickly relearn.
• Be the heart of our technology: You are not developer number X in a large team. You shape the systems that make Strictly Boring.

Qualifikation

We don't care if you have a degree, how many years of work experience you have in your resume, or which framework you are best at. What counts:

• You can code. Fullstack, backend, frontend – you know how to build an application from scratch and bring it to production.
• You understand architecture. Not just writing code (let alone), but knowing how to set up a system correctly: data model, APIs, infrastructure, scalability.
• You work with AI tools. You use Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools not out of curiosity, but because they make you more productive. You know where AI helps and where you need to think for yourself.
• You think in solutions, not technologies. Our customers are well-known E-Commerce brands. They want results, not tech demos. You understand that code is a means to an end.
• You want ownership. No 9-to-5 mindset, but genuine interest in building something. You want Strictly Boring to grow – and your role with it.
