Mission: The AI-Driven Tech Lead is responsible for technically leading the development of advanced digital solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence, ensuring alignment with strategic project objectives and agile principles. The primary responsibility is to ensure technical quality, identify risks, promote best development practices, and facilitate effective collaboration between technical teams and functional areas to achieve successful and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Guide and support technical teams in strategic decisions related to architecture, frameworks, and development practices, especially for AI-integrated solutions.
Deliverables Management:
  • Ensure that delivered technical solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability, respecting established roadmaps and deadlines.
Agile Planning and Management:
  • Collaborate with Product Owners in clearly defining sprint objectives, efficiently managing priorities, and ensuring teams maintain a focus on delivering value.
Early Risk Identification:
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, blocks, or technical needs, and promptly communicate these risks to leaders and stakeholders.
Technical Support and Mentorship:
  • Act as the team's technical reference, resolving complex technical challenges and fostering continuous learning and technical innovation.
Comprehensive Project Knowledge:
  • Maintain a clear, updated vision of the project's status, technologies used, and timelines, facilitating informed decision-making.
Cross-departmental Collaboration:
  • Effectively coordinate with Product, UX/UI, QA, Data Science, DevOps teams, and key stakeholders to ensure functional and technical alignment of projects.
Basic Cloud Infrastructure:
  • Participate in basic configurations and deployment of solutions in AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments, ensuring functional environments for testing and production.

Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading software development projects, especially those involving Artificial Intelligence.
  • Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong experience in design and architecture of web and mobile applications.
Technical Skills
  • Languages and Technologies:
  • NodeJS, Azure, Java 8, Vue JS, Spring Boot, Angular, WebLogic, Oracle.
Software Architecture:
  • Clean Architecture, MVC, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD.
Infrastructure and DevOps:
  • CI/CD, containers, basic monitoring tools.
AI Platforms:
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Bedrock, or others.
Integration:
  • Experience in effective integration of internal and external APIs.
Management Tools:
  • Jira, GitHub, Confluence.
Soft Skills
  • Clear, effective, and result-oriented communication with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive approach to project risks and deviations.
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and effective leadership skills.
  • Ability to make and facilitate technical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, both personally and within teams.
Languages
  • Spanish: Native or fluent.
  • English: Intermediate technical (reading documentation, international collaboration).
Working Conditions
  • Work Mode: On site from Monday to Friday
  • Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm
