We are an 8-year-old, fast-growing company looking for a Tech Head to lead our technology function into the next phase of scale. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution when required. The Tech Head will lead a team of developers, own the technology roadmap, and work closely with the CEO / Leadership Team to drive business outcomes through technology. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing the technology strategy in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals. • Leading and managing a high-performing technology team, including hiring, training, and mentoring developers. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through technology. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including the CEO / Leadership Team, customers, and partners. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a technology function. • Strong technical skills in Laravel PHP, with hands-on experience in developing scalable and efficient software solutions. • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
