Tech Guy / Automation Expert (m/f/d)

Do you have a knack for Fable, automation, click-workflows, and smart tool integration – and want to build exactly that for a growing brokerage firm in Münster? As the Tech Guy at VERSIANER / Makler mit Fliege, you will be responsible for our digital infrastructure: from Make scenarios and funnels to connecting our tools (CRM, AI, communication, marketing). You will have a lot of creative freedom and will build automations that no one else connects in the same way.

Tasks

You will conceptualize and build automations and workflows in Make (Integromat) and comparable tools.

You will develop and optimize marketing and sales funnels, including forms, CRM integration, and follow-up sequences.

You will connect our systems (Pipedrive, Onepage, Join, Google Workspace, AI tools, among others) into seamless, automated processes.

You will proactively identify areas where manual work can be saved through automation.

You will document your solutions so that the team can understand and maintain them.

Qualifications

Practical experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, or n8n, as well as no-code/low-code automation.

Experience in building funnels and connecting forms/CRM systems.

Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON).

Independent, structured way of working and a desire to think about processes end-to-end.

Ideally, experience with tools like Pipedrive, Notion, Asana, or similar systems.
