Du willst not just write about software, but sit down next to the developers who build it? Then you're at TenMedia right. We've been developing individual software in the heart of Berlin for over 14 years and are now looking for a Tech Content Manager (m/w/d) who can carry our themes into the world.

In this position, you will be responsible for our editorial content for blog, handbooks, and podcast. You will research, write, and produce, ensure that our content is visible not only at Google but also in KI searches like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity, and develop new formats together with us.

Aufgaben

This is what you can expect:

• Blog & redaktionelle Inhalte: You research, plan, and write blog posts on current topics from our industry. Informative, well-written, and with your own handwriting.
• SEO & GEO: You ensure that our content is visible not only at Google but also in KI searches like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, ranking monitoring, and optimizing existing content.
• Technische Handbücher: You explain complex applications clearly, structured, and so that both humans and KI models can derive precise answers from them. At the same time, your handbooks form the basis for our internal and external training sessions.
• Podcast: You produce content for our podcast – from topic research to scripts to show notes.
• New formats: You have ideas for your own formats and enthusiasm to implement them? Very good. We give you the space for that.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring with:

• You have at least two years of professional experience in a comparable role
• You write fluently and master German on C2 level in writing and speaking
• You have fundamental experience in writing search engine optimized content and knowledge in technical SEO (page structure, meta-data, crawling, structured data)
• You bring a very good technical understanding and can immerse yourself deeply in software topics, not just as a user but also conceptually
• You use KI tools like ChatGPT or Claude sovereignly
• You take up themes independently, communicate clearly, and work well in a team
• Plus: Experience in producing audio or video content

We plan 32 hours per week at €2,500 gross/month. Please feel free to contact us if you prefer working between 30 and 35 hours or would like to upgrade to full-time in the medium term.
