Tech Advisory Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in Tech Advisory, you will play a central role in demanding transformation projects. You will support our clients in the digital and organizational further development of their business models and processes - from strategy to operational implementation.

You will work at the interface between business, technology, and change management, strategically employing agile methods. You will take on a central role in transformation projects and bring structure, clarity, and implementation strength.

You will perform a variety of tasks:

• Accompanying transformations: Supporting clients in the structured further development of organizations, processes, and work methods
• Interface management between business departments and IT: Capturing, structuring, and coordinating business requirements, as well as ensuring a common understanding of goals
• (Partial) project management: Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of projects with a clear focus on sustainable results
• Application of agile methods: Use of agile working methods and taking on corresponding roles (e.g., Scrum Master or Product Owner) in projects
• Change management: Conception and support of change processes, including stakeholder management and implementation support
• Process analysis and optimization: Identification of potential for improvement and development and implementation of efficient, digitally supported processes
• Management-level preparation: Structured analysis and audience-appropriate preparation of content for decision-making and steering committees

We are looking for people with drive, a sense of responsibility, and a clear affinity for technology and change.

This is what you should bring with you:

• Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in management consulting or in transformation/digitalization projects
• Certification in agile project management, ideally Scrum Master or Product Owner, as well as practical experience in applying agile methods
• Strong understanding of technology: Ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms
• Project management competence: Experience in leading (partial) projects, including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in transformation & change: Ability to support organizational changes in a structured manner and anchor them sustainably
• Analytical and strategic thinking, combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) as well as strong presentation and communication skills
• High degree of initiative, teamwork, and customer orientation
• You are willing to travel
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level in both languages)
