Tasks

• You sell sustainable premium products and offer the best service.
• Clients you advise and consult actively on selecting products and entire looks.
• As a host, you offer your clients the best shopping experience and win them over for the Marc O'Polo MEMBERS program.
• You keep sales targets in mind – with your sales talent, you contribute to achieving them.
• You restock goods and present them according to the Visual-Merchandise-Team's specifications.
• You work independently with the cash register system, RFID, and our CRM software.

Qualification

• As a true sales talent, you always know what your clients need. You're familiar with current trends and have basic knowledge about fit and co.
• You're enthusiastic about fashion and can inspire others to share your passion.
• You're open, enjoy approaching people, and have a positive aura.
• You're a true team player – your colleagues can always rely on you.
• You prefer weekend work (mainly Saturdays) that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.
• You love communicating – ideally, you also have good English skills.
• You have fundamental experiences in the retail sector - fashion area.
