We are looking for a Team Leader Food Production/Bakery who can contribute to the further growth of our food production department. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in the development of new products and services, as well as maintaining existing ones. Your main tasks will include: • Leading a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Developing and implementing new products and services, as well as maintaining existing ones. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our food production department. • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. • Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities for improvement. • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and other departments. • Developing and implementing training programs to improve the skills of your team members. Requirements: • Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with food production processes and quality control measures.
