Job description

Job Description This role involves leading and supporting a team of four employees, including two receptionists, one billing clerk, and one warehouse worker. The stimulation of teamwork, efficiency, and customer orientation within the team is essential, as well as ensuring continuity in case of absences. What will you do? - Leading the teams reception, warehouse, and billing and organizing daily planning - Ensuring correct and efficient execution of tasks and processes - Monitoring and controlling the workflow and performance indicators - Providing guidance and support to team members - Maintaining a positive and productive work environment - Identifying and implementing process improvements - Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders - Managing conflicts and resolving issues in a constructive manner - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Reporting to the supervisor or manager - Performing other tasks as required.
