Job description: Are you a born leader with a passion for technology and production? Do you enjoy motivating people, streamlining processes, and monitoring quality? Then this job is tailor-made for you. As team leader, you are the point of contact for the assembly department. You ensure a smooth organization of work activities, guide your colleagues, and actively contribute to improving the production flow. What you do daily: You coach and support your colleagues in their tasks, monitor the quality of the products, and optimize the production process. You also identify and address potential problems, and provide feedback to improve the overall performance. Your expertise will be used to develop new processes and procedures, and to implement changes that benefit the team and the organization as a whole.
