Team/Technical Lead

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled software developer in a team lead role to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The Software Development Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET Core development stack. The Software Development Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship. The successful candidate will need extensive (good practical working) knowledge of the .NET Core framework, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading or mentoring teams, as well as being able to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server. The Software Development Team Lead will work closely with the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that software systems are developed according to the company's standards and best practices. This is a full-time position based in Johannesburg, GP.
