Team Member (m/w/d) Process Engineering / NPI Engineering As Team Member in the area of Process Engineering / NPI Engineering, you accompany new products on their way into production and ensure that manufacturing processes are implemented efficiently, stably, and series-ready. You work closely with Production, Development, Quality, SCM, and Industrial Engineering and bring your technical understanding actively into the industrialization of new products. In this process, you support in defining and optimizing production processes, as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing process designs for new products, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, • Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions, • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements. In addition, you will be responsible for: • Defining and optimizing production processes, • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, natural sciences), • 2-5 years of experience in process engineering or NPI engineering, • Strong technical understanding and analytical skills, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
