Team Manager (Team Coach) Objection and Appeal - Hybrid

Will you become our new Team Coach? Are you the experienced manager and coaching professional we are looking for? Then the position of Team Coach at CIZ is really something for you! What are you going to do? In this position, you will lead the national Objection and Appeal team, consisting of Legal Professionals, Lawyers, and Medical Advisors. This department handles objection and appeal cases for the Wlz and the objections for double child benefits. The team works nationally, spread across the CIZ offices. You are responsible for the following: * Providing direction and guidance to the team, and ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently and effectively. * Coaching and developing employees in their professional skills and competences. * Monitoring the progress of the cases and ensuring that deadlines are met. * Maintaining contact with stakeholders, such as healthcare institutions and legal representatives. * Contributing to the development and implementation of policy regarding objection and appeal. Who are you? You are an experienced and enthusiastic leader with a passion for coaching and developing employees. You are also: * In possession of a relevant HBO or WO degree. * Experienced in leading and coaching teams. * Knowledgeable of administrative processes and legal procedures. * Result-oriented and able to make decisions. * Communicatively strong and able to build relationships. About the CIZ The CIZ (Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg) is a government organization that assesses whether people are eligible for long-term care from the Long-term Care Act (Wlz).
