Tasks

• Leadership and operational support of the team in project daily life, as well as fostering an open, motivating, and appreciative teamwork
• Steering of project assignments, capacity planning, and monitoring of team utilization taking into account skills, availability, and project priorities
• Early identification of bottlenecks or overcapacities and introduction of suitable measures to ensure a smooth project workflow
• Trustworthy point of contact for employees on operational, organizational, and interpersonal issues
• Supporting the professional and personal development of the team through close guidance and regular exchange
• Coordination of onboarding processes as well as structured support during handovers within projects
• Closely working with project managers, department heads, and the personnel department to continuously optimize personal-related processes and needs
• Developing and optimizing planning processes and tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and team performance

Qualification

• Completed degree in business administration or equivalent
• First leadership experience
• Prior experience in team leadership, project work, and capacity planning is desirable
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savviness and willingness to learn
• Enjoyment of a flexible task field with great scope for design
