Team Manager Environment
Job description
- Managing and guiding files concerning environmental legislation and the environmental component within environmental permits
- Advising clients on approach, strategy, and permit processes
- Monitoring complex legislation and translating it into clear communication towards clients and internal teams
- Consultation and coordination with advisory bodies and permitting authorities
- Strategy determination and coordination of multidisciplinary projects
- Bringing together different experts for projects
- Drawing up project plans, coordinating execution, and reporting
- Guiding, coaching, and directing (junior) employees
- Delegating and structuring files within the team
- Possibility to take on tasks related to environmental coordination
- Growth opportunities towards management/responsible role
Profile
- Expert in environmental legislation and environmental law
- Several years of relevant experience in environmental, spatial planning, or permit processes
- Knowledge of building legislation is a plus (support available within the team)
- Recognition as an environmental coordinator is a plus
- Analytical, critical, and hands-on attitude
- You take responsibility and work autonomously
- Strong in communication, coaching, and team guidance
- You direct colleagues and structure work processes
