The Wesley Haus retirement and nursing home offers 78 residents a family-like home in the heart of vibrant Kleinbasel. The services include residential areas for general as well as psychogeriatric care and nursing, as well as a nursing group home for people with dementia. In close proximity to Wesley Haus is the park with 44 units for independent living in old age.
The Wesley Haus retirement and nursing home is part of Bethesda Alterszentren AG, an affiliated organization of various retirement and nursing homes in German-speaking Switzerland, anchored in an open Christian value culture.
We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement,
Team Lead Residential Area (80 - 100%)

You are a reliable point of contact for relatives and doctors.
You contribute your ideas and actively shape the future of the area.
What you bring with you
A degree as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent.
Ideally, experience in complex gerontopsychiatric conditions.
Further training in leadership (e.g., Leadership, Ward Management) is an advantage.
You are solution-oriented, a team player, and enjoy getting involved.
Empathy, resilience, and a good sense for people characterize you.
