Team Leader (m/f/d) Supply Technology / Technical Building Equipment (TGA)

Our client is a major city in the heart of the Ruhr region / North Rhine-Westphalia. Their building management includes approximately 200 properties and 500 individual buildings. About 350 employees manage the creation, maintenance, renovation, and modernization of buildings and technical facilities. This also includes related property services. The workplace is centrally located and conveniently accessible - especially with regard to public transportation, as well as long-distance train connections.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for leading and developing the Supply Technology team (currently 5 employees).
• Development and implementation of strategic concepts for prioritizing tasks and efficient personnel deployment planning.
• Selection, commissioning, and contract processing with external architecture and engineering firms.
• Fundamental guidance and quality assurance in collaboration with external planners and executing companies.
• Independent planning and implementation of HOAI services in the HLS sectors, including MSR and swimming pool technology for high-rise projects.
• Ziel-oriented cooperation with the Teams Elektrotechnik and Prüfung und Wartung.
• Participation in large construction and maintenance projects in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Support in scheduling, budgeting, and cost accounting.

Your Profile

• A completed (Fach-) university degree (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in the direction of Supply Technology with a focus on Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Building Technology/Energy Technology or related fields.
• Multiple years of professional experience in independently and self-responsibly handling cross-trade construction measures (HOAI phases 1-9).
• Fundamental professional practice in HOAI, VOB, BauO NRW, SchulBauR, DIN 276/277.
• Professional handling of FM- (Planon) and AVA- (ITWO) programs as well as MS-Office applications.
