For over 20 years, PRiOTEGA in Hohenstein has been developing customized protective packaging for sensitive and high-value products. Our aim is not only to protect them reliably but also to design packaging that is simultaneously more intelligent, resource-efficient, and ecological.

With individually developed packaging made from paper and recycled materials, we can replace conventional solutions made of plastic or Styrofoam in many areas, while simultaneously reducing material, packaging volume, and transportation costs.

Hardly any project is the same as the next. From medical technology and the automotive industry to optics and high-end audio, we develop individual packaging solutions for the most diverse products.

For our 7-person team in Hohenstein, we are looking for reinforcements as a

Team Lead (m/f/d) Project Coordination / Inside Sales

Responsibilities

Once the field sales team has clarified the customer's needs, you and your 2-person team will take over the further commercial and organizational processing of our individual packaging projects. You will work closely with customers, field sales, developers, and production partners, accompanying projects from the quotation to successful delivery.

You will keep an eye on ongoing projects and open issues, ensure that quotations are created promptly and consistently followed up, and further develop processes in inside sales.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: You have already worked in inside sales, order processing, project management, or a comparable commercial position. You are accustomed to organizing individual customer projects, keeping multiple topics in mind simultaneously, and reliably driving them forward.

• Leadership Experience: You have already gained initial leadership experience, for example as a Team Lead, Deputy Team Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager, or in a comparable responsible role, and are used to taking responsibility, coordinating others, and driving topics forward.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience with packaging or from the packaging industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. A background from retail, industry, a printing company, or a company with technical or customer-specific products also fits well. What you need is good spatial reasoning and the willingness to learn how to read drawings. We will gladly show you!

• Work Style: You work in a very structured, organized, and independent manner and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel projects. You enjoy working with customers, are service-oriented, think in terms of solutions, and reliably follow up on open issues.

• Work Environment: You feel comfortable in small teams and appreciate clear, direct communication as well as collaboration in family-like structures.

• Language Skills: You have very good German language skills and good English language skills for communication with international customers and production partners.

• IT Skills: You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable using ERP systems or comparable programs.
