Team Leadership and Vocational Coaching (80 – 100 %)

In the name of the Invalid Insurance, we offer training programs in various professions with profiles EFZ, EBA, and PrA INSOS. In addition to professional and technical guidance, we support and promote our approximately 100 learners individually, aiming to prepare them for entry into the general labor market.

• Fachliche, operative als auch personelle Leitung von aktuell 10 Coaches an unterschiedlichen Standorten
• Verantwortung für die Qualität, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildungsangebote
• Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Dienstleistungsbetrieben und den IV-Stellen
• Intake
• Redigieren der Berichte z. Hd. der zuweisenden Stellen
• Strategische Mitwirkung und Projektarbeiten im Kader des Bereichs Berufliche Integration und der GEWA.

• Fundierte Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe im Bereich Soziale Arbeit, Psychologie oder Agogik
• Führungspraxis
• Freude an der Teamarbeit und Zusammenarbeit mit jungen Menschen
• Bezug zum Bildungsmarkt
• Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
• Präzise, stilsichere Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift)
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
• Bereitschaft unser auf christlichen Werten basierendes Leitbild zu leben
