Our client is a nationwide active real estate company with a focus on acquisition, development, and management of residential properties. The portfolio concentrates particularly on North and East Germany as well as selected international markets.

At the workplace in Leipzig, we are looking for an experienced person (with initial leadership experience) in technical real estate management.

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for the technical control and further development of regional residential property portfolios
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in technical real estate management
• Planning and prioritization of maintenance, modernization, and optimization measures
• Budget responsibility including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Control and quality assurance of external service providers and craftsmen
• Ensuring efficient processes as well as continuous improvement of technical workflows
• Closely working together with commercial and internal specialist departments
• Guaranteeing compliance with statutory, technical, and safety-relevant regulations

Qualifikation

• Degree in technical or real estate management or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in technical real estate or portfolio management
• Initial leadership experience or outstanding leadership competence
• Fundamental knowledge of maintenance, modernization, and budget control
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance
• Organizational ability, decision-making strength, and sense of responsibility
• High degree of team orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
