Team Leader / Deputy Team Leader (m/w/d)

in Healthcare

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a team of employees in the healthcare sector that takes, accompanies, and supports patients in the area of digital therapies

  • Patient planning and coordination of daily work processes and ensuring the quality of our patient contact.

  • Mentoring and further development of the team towards a performance culture, promoting the professional and personal development of employees to serve more patients

  • Evaluation of patient feedbacks and derivation of improvement measures to ensure effective and sustainable care

  • Reporting to management about the team's performance based on key figures including improvement measures

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training, completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, economics or comparable qualification

  • Experience as a leader or in a deputy/coordinative function is advantageous - what matters most to us is your interest and motivation to lead a team.

  • Excellent communication skills and confident appearance towards colleagues

  • Independent, structured work style and high problem-solving competence

  • High self-motivation and enthusiasm for digitalization in healthcare
