Team Lead ServiceNow Consulting (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead ServiceNow Consulting (m/f/d) who will take on both technical and organizational responsibility and drive the expansion of our ServiceNow portfolio together with us.

• Implementation, further development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions and ITSM modules according to customer requirements
• Independent management of customer projects – from requirements analysis, conception, and implementation to successful go-live
• Consulting and supporting our customers in the digitalization and optimization of their service management processes
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations for customers and end-users
• Technical and organizational leadership of the ServiceNow team as well as active support in the expansion and further development of the team
• Promoting an agile and collaborative way of working within an interdisciplinary environment
• Support in the expansion of our ServiceNow portfolio as well as active participation in shaping the strategic market positioning and in presales activities

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions, ideally in the ITSM environment
• Experience in leading projects and teams
• Very good understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards customers and stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in agile working methods
• Very good German and English language skills
