We are looking for an engaged Team Lead ServiceNow Consulting (m/w/d), who takes over both technical and organizational responsibility and drives the expansion of our ServiceNow portfolio together with us.

• Introduction, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions and ITSM modules according to customer requirements
• Self-responsible steering of customer projects – from requirement analysis to conception and implementation to successful go-live
• Counseling and support for our customers in digitalizing and optimizing their service management processes
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations for customers and end-users
• Fachliche and organizational leadership of the ServiceNow team as well as active support in expanding and developing the team
• Promoting an agile and collaborative working style within a multidisciplinary environment
• Supporting the expansion of our ServiceNow portfolio as well as actively shaping the strategic positioning on the market and in pre-sales activities

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience in introducing and supporting ServiceNow solutions, ideally in the ITSM environment
• Experience in leading projects and teams
• Very good understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL knowledge is an asset)
• Communication strength as well as confident appearance towards customers and stakeholders
• Self-responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Experience in agile working methods
• Very good German and English skills
