For our team in accounting at the holding's location in Lübeck, we are looking for a team leader (m/w/d) to fill the position as soon as possible. The position is unlimited in full-time (38 hours).

Aufgaben

Main tasks include both taking over responsibility for one of our accounting teams and participating in daily business. This means specifically:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Ihres Teams
• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher Abläufe im Rechnungswesen
• Durchführung von Mitarbeiter-, Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
• Verantwortung für ein strukturiertes Reporting an die Bereichsleitung
• Schnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
• Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Finanzbuchhaltung, Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Umsatzsteuer)
• Mitgestaltung und Optimierung digitaler Prozesse und Systeme

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in accounting (FiBu, Debitoren/Kreditoren)
• First experience in leading employees
• Structured, reliable work style and a good understanding of numbers
• Pleasure in cooperation, communication, and employee development
• Affinity to digital processes and systems (e.g. DATEV advantageous)
